Design and analysis of commercial, residential and industrial structures. Specialist in the design and detailing of timber structures made of glulam, LVL, CLT and LTF. Preliminary structural design advice, and conceptual design. Specialist seismic engineering advice for analysis, design, and construction.

Design and analysis of concrete and timber diaphragms in multi-storey timber buildings. Development of design procedures for connections in engineered timber materials. Preparation and updating of guidelines on the design of multi-storey (post-tensioned, Pres-Lam) structures. Fire, acoustic and thermal performance of timber buildings including flooring systems, walls and other structural and non-structural elements. Study, improve and solve durability issues of timber structures.
